About the Role:

A client service associate position has become available at a prominent employee benefits consultancy. The ideal candidate will be an experienced flexible benefits administrator who can provide high levels of customer service to clients and members.

The job responsibilities include:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries
  • Supporting consultants with annual renewals and mid-term adjustments
  • Ensuring the flexibility of the benefits platform

To be successful in this role, you will require prior experience in flexible benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to process high volumes of employee data.
