The ideal candidate will have prior experience in flexible benefits administration and possess excellent communication skills. They will also have the ability to process high volumes of employee data with accuracy and efficiency.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, supporting consultants with annual renewals, gathering quotes, and making mid-term adjustments as needed. You will also be responsible for keeping the flexible benefits platform up-to-date.

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a well-established employee benefits consultancy. The role can be fully remote or hybrid, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
