About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Flexible Benefits Administrator to join our team at Alexander Lloyd. As a key member of our division, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for client queries, responding promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with consultants to gather quotes and process annual renewals.
  • Ensure the flexible benefits platform remains accurate and up-to-date.

Essential Criteria:

  • Prior experience in flexible benefits administration.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in processing large datasets.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £40,000 per annum, plus benefits.
