Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Flexible Benefits Administrator to join our team at Alexander Lloyd. As a key member of our division, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our flexible benefits platform.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding promptly and professionally to their queries.
  • Collaborate with consultants to gather quotes and process annual renewals, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Maintain the flexible benefits platform, ensuring it remains accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in flexible benefits administration.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in processing large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £42,500 per annum, plus benefits.
