We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a talented Recruitment and Employee Relations Specialist to join our team at Michael Page in Huddersfield.

About the Role

This is a fantastic chance for an experienced professional to take on a stand-alone role, reporting directly to the Managing Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, HR processes, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and supporting the recruitment process.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the directors to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Manage employee relations casework, including D&G, sickness, and performance management
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources requirements
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews
  • Manage and process HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and amendments
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment and Employee Relations Specialist who can demonstrate excellent communication and people skills, strong knowledge of employment laws, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
