Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced flexible benefits administrator to join our team at Alexander Lloyd. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality customer service to clients and members
  • Supporting consultants with annual renewals and mid-term adjustments
  • Ensuring the flexibility of the benefits platform

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in flexible benefits administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to process high volumes of employee data.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-established company that has undergone positive change and is keen to continue expansion.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £38,000-£48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
