Job Overview

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Mental Health Support Specialist. You will work closely with clients, colleagues, and partner organisations to provide exceptional mental health support services.

Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Deliver evidence-based counselling interventions to clients, including PCE-Counselling for Depression and Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine client suitability for counselling and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Possess a qualification in NHS/IAPT compliant modality Counselling for Depression (CfD) and be registered with BACP/UKCP.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Counselling or a related field and have relevant experience in time-limited counselling.
  • Be proficient in managing complex risk assessments and working with electronic case management systems.
