Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Education Support Professional to join our team at Academics. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the success of students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

You will work closely with our clinical team to develop strategies that promote positive behaviour and well-being among our students. With a passion for mental health and a commitment to delivering high-quality support, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of our students.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with complex needs, promoting their social, emotional, and academic development.
  • Develop relationships with students, parents, and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualised care plans, tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health and SEN support.

The estimated salary range for this role is £30,000-£45,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting the well-being of our students.
