About the Role:
As a CAMHS Practitioner in North Bedfordshire, you will be responsible for providing specialist services to children, young people, and their families, working closely with the Emotional and Behavioural Team. We are looking for someone with a strong background in mental health, excellent communication skills, and experience in leading group-work sessions. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills in delivering specialist assessments and treatments, group-work, and crisis work.

Key Skills:
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage own time and caseload
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively across organisational boundaries
• Teaching skills, both in clinical settings and education centres

Requirements:
• A qualification in a relevant mental health profession (e.g., Social Work, Nursing)
• Experience in crisis work, supervision, and line management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances

Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
