Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Youth Transition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to young adults with mental health needs as they transition from Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) to adult services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with young adults, their families, and other professionals.
