Child and Adolescent Mental Health Specialist

East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled CAMHS Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team in North Bedfordshire. As part of our Emotional and Behavioural Team, you will provide specialist services to children, young people, and their families, working with a wide range of presentations and developing flexible, evidence-based episodes of care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessments and treatments for CAMHS problems
• Develop and lead group-work sessions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues and external partners
• Produce reports on developments for managers and multi-agency partners
Requirements:
• A qualification in a relevant mental health profession (e.g., Child Psychotherapy, Clinical Psychology)
• Experience in specialist assessments and treatments, group-work, and crisis work
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage own time and caseload
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum. Benefits include pension scheme, annual leave, and training opportunities.
