About the Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity to take charge of our Amazon presence across the UK and Europe, managing the merchandising strategy, optimizing website performance, and enhancing the overall user experience. You will work closely with the Global Amazon Manager to develop and execute a robust direct-to-consumer strategy that elevates our brand's profile and grows our business on Amazon.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement innovative strategies to raise our brand's profile and expand our business on Amazon UK/EU.
  2. Launch and manage creative marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and sales.
  3. Analyse weekly sales data to make informed strategic decisions that drive growth.
  4. Collaborate with Fulfilment Operations to ensure compliance and support key projects.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key account partners and buyers.
  6. Oversee the presentation and maintenance of product listings and ensure brand consistency across Amazon sites.
Requirements
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with a deep understanding of UK/EU customer behaviour.
  • A genuine passion for e-commerce and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Experience managing Amazon ads and optimizing campaigns for better performance.
  • Proven experience in sales forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Bachelor's degree (2:1 or higher) in a relevant field.
