Training and Development Manager

We are a dynamic team of 1,400+ people who strive to make a positive impact on people's lives. As a Training and Development Manager at Eleanor Healthcare Group, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing training programs that drive growth and development across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted training plans.
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our staff and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operational managers and senior leadership to ensure training objectives are met.
  • Manage employee enrollment, schedule training sessions, and coordinate resources to facilitate training programs.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of training completion, attendance, and feedback.
  • Manage training budgets and stay up-to-date on the latest training trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Health & Social Care Act, CQC regulations, and standards for care homes and homecare.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to track training program performance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
