CRM Administrator

We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join our communications and digital team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce system and ensuring seamless workflow processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our Salesforce system to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to improve team productivity
- Produce regular reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other operational areas to identify and communicate issues where technology can provide a solution
- Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices and functionality to ensure our system is running at its best
Requirements:
- Ability to solve problems in a collaborative way
- Understanding of the importance of workflow and process development
- Experience producing reports and analyzing data
- Ability to work with other operational areas to identify and communicate issues
- Willingness to proactively learn CRM best practices and functionality
