CRM Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join our communications and digital team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce system and ensuring seamless workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our Salesforce system to ensure optimal performance
  • Develop and implement efficient workflow processes to improve team productivity
  • Produce regular reports to track team performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other operational areas to identify and communicate issues where technology can provide a solution
  • Stay up-to-date with CRM best practices and functionality to ensure our system is running at its best

Requirements:

  • Ability to solve problems in a collaborative way
  • Understanding of the importance of workflow and process development
  • Experience producing reports and analyzing data
  • Ability to work with other operational areas to identify and communicate issues
  • Willingness to proactively learn CRM best practices and functionality

What We Offer:
