CRM Administrator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled CRM Administrator to join our communications and digital team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Salesforce system and ensuring seamless workflow processes.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of CRM best practices and functionality. The successful candidate will need to be willing to work towards a Salesforce qualification and have experience producing reports, developing processes, and working with other operational areas to identify and communicate issues where technology may provide a solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and maintain our Salesforce system to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement effective workflow processes to streamline our operations.
  3. Produce high-quality reports to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  4. Collaborate with other teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM best practices and functionality.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and workflow processes.
  • Experience producing reports and analyzing data.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
