One of our team is going to have a baby. Of course we are thrilled but it means that we need someone to replace her while she is busy. Over 50% of our recruitment is offered internally only, so this could be your next job and the one after.
This **Administrator** role is pivotal in ensuring that new customers are set up properly to use our products. We are an exam board. Customers are schools, colleges and centres of education. They need to go through an approvals process to be able to use our exams and products. You will support them through the **end to end process** of becoming an approved user. We are a **highly regulated** industry, you will be able to interpret the written guidance and use it to support the customers.
Internally this role is called a **Centre Approvals Administrator.**
You will be working in a small, but highly effective, team alongside one other Centre Approvals Administrator ensuring the **CRM** is up to date for approximately 7000 centres - yes it is a busy role. The information you provide ensures that other teams within AQA are able to use the most recent information to support centres appropriately to ensure that teachers are able to do what they do best and that students are able to achieve to their highest ability. **We aim to Never Let a Learner Down**. Collectively, your team are known as Special Requirements and Centre Approvals.
