As a key member of our team at Person Centred Software Ltd, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless implementation of our Connected Care products.

Working closely with our customers and Implementations team, you will provide administrative support throughout the customer onboarding process.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Implementations team with administrative tasks such as sending booking confirmations and setting up customer training invites
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy on order handovers to guarantee they are in a ready to book status
  • Setting up new customer orders on relevant systems
  • Monitoring the team email inbox and responding to queries and escalating where necessary

We are looking for a candidate with great customer service and communication skills, excellent organisation and ability to manage and prioritise their own workload.

Previous administration and customer service experience is essential, with experience of using CRM systems and scheduling tools being highly advantageous.
