Job Title: Accounts and Administration Specialist

We are recruiting an experienced Accounts and Administration Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel in Guildford. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile data between various technology platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate discrepancies within large data sets and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support the funding process for clients, including requesting and disbursing funds.
  • Set up new clients across multiple technology platforms, ensuring all personnel have necessary access.
  • Ensure clients are correctly invoiced for costs, including applicable fees and system updates.
  • Assist with data acquisition and resolve data integrity issues.
  • Perform data validation and quality assurance analysis within large datasets.
  • Keep Implementation Project Management updated on actions and deliverables.
  • Participate in pre-go-live user acceptance testing and respond to issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process expenses in line with policy guidelines.
  • Manage rent, deposit, tuition, and ad-hoc payments for clients.
  • Reconcile costs for accurate spend data reporting and billing.
  • Prepare and deliver client reporting as agreed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Experience with the above responsibilities.
  • Availability for short-notice assignments.

What We Offer:

Salary £28,000 - £33,000. Hybrid role.
