Hotel Ambassador Opportunity

We are seeking a Hotel Ambassador to join our team at 100 Princes Street in Edinburgh, Scotland. As a Hotel Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, greeting guests and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests
  • Assist guests with queries and requests
  • Ensure the hotel lobby and public areas are clean and tidy
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Services team to ensure seamless guest experiences
