We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Restaurant Ambassador to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are ever the same. As a Restaurant Ambassador, you will be the face of our restaurant, responsible for ensuring that every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience. You will work closely with our kitchen team to deliver seamless service, and will be expected to maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued

  • Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience is exceptional
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve our goals
