Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Restaurant Ambassador at Malmaison. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure efficient service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
