Guest Services Agent Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at 100 Princes Street, a luxurious 5-star hotel in Edinburgh, Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience throughout their stay.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest profiles, including preferences and needs.
  • Communicate effectively with guests before and after their arrival, ensuring seamless transitions and a personalized experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Guest Services Manager to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.
