Estimated Salary Range: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday

Job Description:
As a Qualified Practitioner Psychologist, you will be responsible for developing, providing, and evaluating individualized treatment plans for our clients. You will work closely with the Clinical Lead to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of delivering exceptional therapy services.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs
• Provide evidence-based therapies to promote client well-being
• Collaborate with the Clinical Lead to maintain high standards of care
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and develop strategies for improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
• Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g., HCPC)
• Proven experience in delivering evidence-based therapies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
