Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team and lead our community mental health services. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our services and ensuring that we deliver the highest quality care to our patients.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of clinical leadership and experience in managing teams. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and external partners.

About the Role
This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a relevant qualification in nursing or a related field, and at least 5 years' experience in a clinical leadership role.
