About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced Practitioner Psychologist to join our team at SWAAY, providing specialized care, education, and therapeutic services for young males aged 11-18. As a key member of our therapy team, you will work closely with our Clinical Lead to develop and deliver individualized therapy programs for each young person.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to inform treatment plans
  • Deliver individual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
  • Develop and implement group work programs
  • Provide supervision to Assistant Psychologists
  • Contribute to research initiatives evaluating treatment efficacy


Requirements:
  • Doctoral-level qualification in Clinical or Forensic Psychology
  • Clinical experience following qualification
  • HCPC Registration
  • Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists
  • Previous experience working with children and young people is highly desirable


Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications and experience)
