About the Role

You will be responsible for creating a safe and supportive environment for residents with diverse physical and mental needs. Your professional judgment and expertise will enable you to make critical clinical decisions, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our residents.

This bank position provides flexible working arrangements, allowing you to cover shifts as needed. This offers opportunities to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need current NMC registration and a strong understanding of up-to-date clinical practices. Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is also essential. You should be dedicated, compassionate, and possess a person-centred approach to nursing.

A competitive salary of £32,000 - £45,000 per annum is offered, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
