**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our growing team. As a key member of our client services department, you will be responsible for overseeing daily care logistics, managing care schedules, and providing critical operational support to ensure seamless delivery of our services.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and manage care schedules to meet clients' needs, ensuring coverage for staff absences.
  • Monitor and address cancelled care hours with Team Leaders.
  • Oversee high-quality, person-centred care and maintain strong communication with clients and families.
  • Collaborate with HR and Clinical Leads to address staff issues and ensure ongoing training.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless care.
  • Supervise care and medication standards and maintain accurate records.
  • Plan and deploy resources efficiently across care packages.


About You
We are looking for a candidate with strong customer service skills and experience in domiciliary care or a similar environment. Ideally, you should have outstanding communication and logistical planning skills, as well as mentoring and coaching experience to support the development of other team members.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary up to £27,500 depending on experience, plus growth opportunities and a supportive work environment.
