Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, adhering to their care plans and preferences.

  3. Supervise and mentor junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring seamless communication across the care team.
  5. Promote a safe and comfortable living environment, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  6. Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when required.

Your Qualifications

  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a care setting, demonstrating ability to lead and support others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
