Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and supporting residents to live fulfilling lives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead the Care Team: Provide support and guidance to the care team, leading by example and promoting high standards of care throughout the home.
  2. Review and Update Care Plans: Ensure that care plans meet residents' needs and wishes, and make any necessary updates to reflect changes in their condition or preferences.
  3. Plan and Review Staff Rotas: Coordinate staff rotas to ensure that care support is available at all times, and review rota schedules to identify areas for improvement.
  4. Promote a Positive Working Environment: Engage well with colleagues, promote a positive working environment, and communicate effectively with visitors, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements
  1. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care, with experience working in a healthcare environment.
  2. Personality and Skills: A positive individual with a person-centred approach, strong communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
