Learning Support Worker

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Worker to join our team at The Holt School. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting students with behavioural needs.
As a Learning Support Worker, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans that meet the needs of our students. You will also provide 1:1 support to students who require additional guidance and behaviour support.
The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, including a grade 4/C GCSE or equivalent in maths and English. A strong understanding of child development and behaviour management principles is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- To work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour support plans
- To provide 1:1 support to students who require additional guidance and behaviour support
- To maintain accurate records of student progress and behaviour
