
Care Assistant Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant Professional to join our team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Working collaboratively with the care team to create a welcoming and stimulating environment.
- Reviewing and updating care plans to ensure they meet residents' needs and wishes.
- Leading by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and a person-centred approach.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a senior care setting.
