About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our care team at Four Seasons Health Care Group. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents.

In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, reviewing and updating care plans, managing staff rotas, promoting high standards, maintaining cleanliness and tidiness, and communicating effectively with visitors, family members, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver High-Quality Care: Provide support and guidance to the care team, leading by example and maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Review and Update Care Plans: Ensure that care plans meet the individual needs and wishes of our residents.
  • Manage Staff Rotas: Plan and review staff rotas to ensure that care support is available at all times.
  • Promote High Standards: Deliver exceptional care duties and supervise staff appropriately to maintain smooth and efficient shifts.
  • Maintain Cleanliness and Tidiness: Ensure that all areas across the Care Home are kept clean, tidy, and pleasant for residents and family members.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate professionally and warmly with visitors, family members, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a positive attitude, be a team player, have strong communication skills, be passionate about offering a superior service, demonstrate leadership skills, and maintain a positive outlook even in challenging situations.
