Job Description: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside therapists and psychologists to provide individualized support to students with SEMH needs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working with children and contribute to their emotional and educational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide emotional support and guidance to students with SEMH needs
  • To assist teachers in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • To develop and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations

What We Offer: In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
