Academics, a specialist school for children aged 5 to 16 with Autism, is seeking an enthusiastic and caring individual to fill the role of Autism Specialist Support Assistant. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity that requires a personable and empathetic individual to support children with complex Autism and Learning Disabilities.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or adults with Special Needs and be passionate about supporting vulnerable members within our community. In this role, you will work alongside therapists and psychologists based on-site at school, gaining invaluable experience and knowledge.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a member of the Academics team, you will contribute to providing a therapeutic approach to education, enabling children to engage in activities outside of traditional lessons.
