Job Role:

The successful candidate will work alongside our experienced therapists and psychologists to provide tailored support to our students. This will involve engaging in various activities outside traditional lessons, using a therapeutic approach to promote learning and development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support students with complex Autism and Learning Disabilities
  • Work collaboratively with therapists and psychologists to develop individualized plans
  • Engage in various activities outside traditional lessons to promote learning and development
  • Mentor and be mentored by experienced staff members
  • Shadow sessions and learn from on-site therapists and psychologists

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children or adults with Special Needs (beneficial but not essential)
  • Passion for supporting vulnerable members of society
  • Caring, empathetic, and engaging personality
  • Ability to use own initiative and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
