Autism Education Assistant

Job Description
- Provide specialist support to children with Autism and Learning Disabilities in a therapeutic setting.
- Work closely with therapists and psychologists to develop and implement individualized support plans.
- Support children with daily living tasks, personal care, and behavioral management.
- Assist with lesson planning and delivery in a collaborative team environment.
- Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working with children or adults with Special Needs.
- A passion for supporting vulnerable individuals and promoting their well-being.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
