**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Autism Specialist Support Assistant. In this role, you will work alongside our therapists and psychologists to provide support to students with complex Autism and Learning Disabilities.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Supporting students in lessons and activities
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
  • Assisting teachers and therapists in delivering lesson plans and activities

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with children or adults with Special Needs
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
