Graduate Learning Support Worker

In this role, you will work closely with students in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, providing tailored support in literacy and numeracy. The school offers the opportunity for teacher training in your second year, making this an ideal starting point for those with aspirations to teach.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged and meet learning objectives
- Provide small-group or one-to-one support in numeracy and literacy activities
- Collaborate with the class teacher to create a positive learning environment
- Foster the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills
Ideal Candidate:
- A graduate with a 2:2 or above in any discipline (Education, Psychology, or related fields are advantageous)
- Passionate about working with young people and making a difference in their education
- Experience working with children, through youth work, sports coaching, or similar roles, is desirable but not essential
