Academics is seeking a Support Staff member to join our team and support students with mental health and behavioural needs.

In this role, you will work closely with the class teacher to identify and meet the individual needs of each student. This may involve providing one-to-one support, leading small group work, or assisting with lesson planning and preparation.

You will also have the opportunity to work with experienced therapists and psychologists to develop your skills and knowledge. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

The salary for this position is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include opportunities for professional development and career progression.
