Reception Services Coordinator

Klarent Hospitality Limited is seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide reception services to guests, including check-in and check-out processes
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including audit procedures as required
- Maintain accurate records and reports as necessary
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times
Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience.
