Job Title: Commercial Gas Engineer

We are recruiting for a highly skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to cover the Midlands region for our client, a leading maintenance company.

Job Description
  1. The ideal candidate will maintain and inspect gas appliances and plant room equipment.
  2. They will perform reactive, diagnostic, and emergency repair works, communicating effectively with Helpdesk and suppliers.
  3. Installation and site work responsibilities include the installation of gas appliances, central heating plant, and plant room equipment.
  4. The engineer will develop strong client relationships, providing guidance on asset operation and management.
  5. Supporting quotation creation with accurate data on equipment, parts, and labor is also essential.
  6. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for the maintenance team and helpdesk.
Essential Requirements
  1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in the commercial gas sector.
  2. Relevant ACS qualifications or registration as a Commercial Gas Sage plumber are required.
  3. Commercial Gas Qualifications are necessary.
  4. Installation experience is crucial.
  5. A full, clean UK driving licence is mandatory.

Salary Range: £42,000 - £60,000 per annum
