We are looking for a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Conveyors, process machinery, conveyor belts, machine tools, Motors, Power Transmission, and similar Fluid Power / mechanical engineering equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Servicing and installation of Conveyors, process machinery, conveyor belts, machine tools, Motors, Power Transmission, and similar Fluid Power / mechanical engineering equipment.
  • Installation and commissioning of conveyor systems at client sites.
  • Routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Technical support and training to clients.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer, Service Engineer, Service Technician / Installation Engineer, Conveyor Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Food engineer or similar.
  • Proven track record of success in the materials handling or packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package of up to £38,000 per annum, plus overtime opportunities, a company van, and pension benefits. The position requires a valid UK driving license and the ability to travel within the Derbyshire and surrounding areas.
