Role Overview
Civil and structural project management requires a deep understanding of technical, commercial, and compliance aspects. We are seeking an experienced Programme Delivery Manager to oversee multi-disciplined projects in the civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) sector.

Key Responsibilities:
* Project Scope Definition: Define and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
* Technical Oversight: Manage architectural and structural design, construction, fit-out, and snagging activities, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and quality standards.
* Commercial Management: Control costs, profitability, procurement, and financial reporting, maintaining accurate records throughout the project lifecycle.
* Team Leadership: Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, communicate effectively with customers and subcontractors, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and stakeholder engagement.

About You:
* Degree qualified or equivalent experience in Project Management, Construction, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing CSA projects, including design and fit-out, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate diverse stakeholder groups and build effective relationships.
* IT literacy, with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools, as well as self-motivation, attention to detail, and a drive to grow alongside the company.
