We are currently seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Specialist to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Regional Civils team based in the Midlands. The role comes with a competitive salary of £65,000 - £80,000 per annum.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the delivery of programmes and projects within the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team. This includes working closely with the Estimating, Commercial, and Project Management functions to ensure timely and smooth delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering schemes from concept through to pricing, delivery, and close out.
  • Monitoring the performance of the Project Management team, and implementing improvements as needed.
  • Managing operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies for the projects.
  • Fulfilling contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross margin and customers' satisfaction.
  • Managing the finances (revenue, costs, and cash flow) of projects.
What We're Looking For

We are looking for candidates with a relevant degree (or equivalent) and experience within regulated utilities infrastructure or the built environment sector. Previous experience with either Reservoirs, Canals or waterways is also beneficial.

Candidates should have strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts and Health & Safety legislation, including CDM regulations. Working knowledge of CEMAR, and SharePoint is also required.
