We are looking for a number of Planning and Control Specialist s for a 6 months contract based in Derby on behalf of our globally respected client who develop cutting-edge technologies that deliver clean, safe and competitive solutions to meet the planet's vital power needs. Please note this role is going to be on an hybrid basis. As a Planning and Control Specialist you will support the Procurement Supplier Management Teams for groups of identified suppliers in validating and executing their delivery plans.
As a Planning and Control Specialist you will be responsible for:
Conducting deep dives on high-risk supply chains, to include but not be limited to, exhaustive Order Book Reviews and associated auditing activity to ensure demand cascade for raw materials, manufacturing launch adherence, adequate inbound supply confidence and sufficient load/capacity to meet rate requirements
Supporting the teams where risks are identified or confidence is low, in assessing the suppliers position and developing rate readiness plans which support the client's requirements.
Proficiency within SAP.
Planning, controlling and delivering experience.
