Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Derbyshire. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing conveyors and associated equipment at client sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service conveyors and associated electrical/mechanical equipment in the food & beverage environment.
  • Install, commission, and maintain conveyor systems at client sites.
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical engineering skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • A valid UK driving license.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is up to £38,000 basic, with overtime opportunities. Additional benefits include a company van, pension scheme, and full product training.
