Job Description

We are recruiting Community Support Workers to join our team in Leyland, Lancashire. As a Community Support Worker, you will provide essential support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, or other complex needs to achieve their goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized support to individuals with complex needs
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household management
  • Develop and implement person-centered plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless support and care

Requirements

To succeed as a Community Support Worker, you should have:

A strong commitment to supporting individuals with complex needsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
