**About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Employment Support Coordinator to join our team at Aspire Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable individuals and will be passionate about supporting people to overcome mental health challenges and achieve their employment goals.

The role involves managing a caseload of clients with diverse challenges such as mental health issues, disabilities, substance misuse, offending backgrounds, and skills gaps. You will conduct thorough initial assessments to understand each client's barriers, previous experiences, skills, and training needs.

You will develop and agree on SMART action plans with clients, regularly reviewing their progress and addressing any new challenges to help them become work-ready. A full, clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential for this role.

As a key member of our team, you will be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
