Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Universally Speaking.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the gaming industry.

This is a key role, requiring a strategic thinker who can develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be a key member of our management team, responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive profitable revenue growth across all product streams of the company.

The successful candidate will lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the gaming industry.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience in sales, business development, or revenue management, with a strong focus on the gaming services industry.
  • An established network of relevant contacts within the AAA gaming community.
  • The ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive basic salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, plus a commission scheme, training for progression, wellbeing portal including live chat and support, social events and celebrations.
