BMS Performance is a leader in the optical lenses space, driving growth and increasing market share year on year. We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our Optical Solutions team in the North West region.

As Sales Director, you will be responsible for selling our premium range of lenses and scanning capital equipment into private ophthalmic practices within the North-East of England. You will have a main contact with Ophthalmologists, practice owners and dispensing opticians, and will receive full training to support your success.

We offer a competitive salary of £40,000-£55,000 depending on experience, plus an uncapped bonus of up to £10,000. You will also receive a company car or car allowance, healthcare, pension, and 25 days holiday plus stats.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Optical sales experience
  • OR technical knowledge from experience with additional sales experience
  • A personable character, commercial mindset and ability to be memorable
  • Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
